Terrace at Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, The Lodge at Koele Lanai

Nightly specials and inspired vegetarian options complement a unique array of appetizers and entrees. Children’s and teen menus are also available. Sample dishes include: Maui Onion Soup with aged Gruyere gratin, Venison Carpaccio with mache and shaved Parmesan salad, toasted pine nuts and honey-lavender dressing; Roasted Kurobuta Pork Loin with creamy Molokai sweet potato cassolette and cranberry infusion; and Slow-Roasted Lamb Shank with cumin, garlic and lemon, saffron potatoes and root vegetables.Offering evening views of the gardens through the glass doors, or daytime views through the open doors, the Terrace is located on the lobby level. The 76-seat Terrace is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
