The Leis Family Class Act Restaurant! Established as a fine dining restaurant and a component of Maui Culinary Academy’s academic curriculum, The Leis Family Class Act Restaurant operates as a student-based establishment. Said curriculum includes an intensive, front of the house training with instructor, Juli Umetsu, where students spend two months learning the ins and outs of front of the house restaurant work. The next two months, students train under Chef Instructor, Tom Lelli, whose direction yields proficient students in fine dining cookery.The menu consists of a four-course, prix fixe meal for the price of $28.00/person.  The prix fixe menu includes: Amuse bouche, homemade bread, iced tea, hot appetizer, soup or salad, entree (patron chooses between three options)  and dessert.Voted “Best Kept Secret” (2007) and “Best Business Lunch” (2008) on Maui by the readers of No Ka Oi Magazine, The Leis Family Class Act Restaurant welcomes you for business meetings or a treat for family and friends.
