Ihilani, Four Seasons Resort Lana’i at Manele Bay Lanai

Ihilani, which means heavenly splendor in Hawaiian, conjures images of romantic dinners of two in elegrant surroundings - with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. Ihilani specializes in contemporary Italian cuisine using the freshest seafood and island fruits and vegetables. Located on the lower lobby level, the 124-seat Ihilani serves dinners only. A sampling of dishes includes Sirloin Carpaccio with white truffle remoulade, baby arugula, pecorina and arugula pesto; Baked risotto Milanese, garnished with gremolata; and Kona Lobster Risotto with whole lobster zucchini and parmegiano.
